How do I connect my Clio account?
Click "Connect to Clio" in any of our apps and authorize access. Your matters and documents will sync automatically.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use AWS infrastructure for AI processing. Your Clio credentials are never stored - we use OAuth tokens that you can revoke at any time from your Clio account settings.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Contact support@juridionai.com and we'll assist you with subscription changes, cancellations, or billing questions.
What file formats are supported?
For document processing, we support PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, and HTML files. Export formats vary by app: AI Discovery Drafter exports to DOCX, while AI Witness Organizer supports PDF, Excel, and Word exports.
Can I use these tools with other practice management software?
Currently, our tools integrate exclusively with Clio. We're exploring additional integrations based on customer demand.
