Juridion AI uses multiple layers of security to protect your client data:
Your data is protected by:
- Zero-retention AI processing: Our AI engine does not use your data for training and retains API data for up to 30 days solely for safety monitoring, then deletes it
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (Google Cloud encryption)
- No human review: Your documents are processed by AI only — no Juridion AI employees see your content
- User-controlled deletion: You can delete your drafts, case data, and account at any time via account settings
Uploaded documents are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing. Only the generated draft JSON is retained in your account for ongoing editing.
